Since you are looking forward for an association with the institution, it is necessary to be aware that the school believes that its success is because of its faculty and hence Bal Bhavan requires educators who are self-motivated, disciplined, enthusiastic, creator and has an ability to experiment to bring the best out of the students. Devising new strategies, employing various methodologies including guided discovery, discussions, projects, and computer simulations should be the teaching targets.
